Liz Ridgely
Liz is a powerhouse vocalist with an eclectic soulful sound that captivates audiences everywhere.
She has performed for most of her life, over 20 years, as a singer, guitar player and dancer. Studying music performance (voice + guitar) and music production at Berklee College of Music and at Columbia College in Chicago.
She spent 6 years studying vocal performance with world renowned Opera singer Andrew Schultz in Chicago. While in high school she studied the techniques of Seth Riggs (coach to Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson) under one of his protégées.
Her production and compositions showcase a wide range of influence. Described as “neo-soul meets radiohead’. She grew up inspired by; RnB, Vocal Jazz, French and Brazilian music, as well as Grunge and Punk music.
Throughout her time as a performer she has played at venues such as the House of Blues, the legendary Press Room in Portsmouth NH, the Stone Church Music Club and countless festivals including OM Fest in Vermont and the Chicago Blues Fest.
She takes singer-songwriter to new dimensions and is constantly evolving to create even bigger productions and immersive experiences.
